What we thought:  Another slam dunk from Tropical Traditions!  This coconut flour was super versatile and it smelled absolutely divine!  It was great for muffins and cookies and since it naturally has a slightly sweet flavor we were able to add less sugar than usual which is a definite plus!  We also added it into our chocolate milk shakes after seeing that it was great for adding a little protein and fiber to shakes and smoothies and I was pleasantly surprised!  The combination of the chocolate and the light coconut flavor was so yummy!  I love finding delicious ways to supplement the kid's snacks with a little extra of these important nutrients and the milkshake was a perfect example of how something could be improved nutritiously without altering the taste to where the kiddos wouldn't eat it. ABCD Diaries gives the coconut flour from Tropical Traditions an A+!
