What we thought: The new mini VitaCakes were so fudgy and chocolaty it was hard to tell they weren't unhealthy. I pull them out in the morning before school and by the time the kiddos sit down to breakfast they are defrosted enough to eat along with their yogurt or cereal. They think its pretty cool that they get to eat chocolate cake with breakfast:) These cute little cakes are convenient to pack in the lunch bag for a quick, filling and indulgent 50 calorie snack:) Who knew rich chocolate cake could actually be a good source of whole grains? What a great way to snack! ABCD Diaries gives VitaCakes an A+!
